Such a boy!

We got Jack a water table to play with out on the deck. He loves it so much. Here are a few pictures...
Yesterday Jack was playing with his water table and ran face first into our iron patio table! Ouch! Jack got a black eye!

One finished project....

I finished decorating our shelves. I found a sign I just love to hang in our living room. Doug is calling it me Mother's Day gift!
I'm still working on the bar stools, but I should have them finished tomorrow.

Projects!?

So I have the worlds most creative and talented sister! I don't know how she comes up with some things but it is guaranteed to be adorable! So I have been inspired to take on a couple projects at the new house. I am painting and re upholstering bar stollen that Doug's mom and dad got rid of. And (hopefully with Caroline's help) decorating our new selves. Here are the before pictures....

Our zoo adventures!

We bought a pass to the Wichita zoo. With Jack's lack of patience and our lack of time, the pass works great! We go as often as we can and can stay as little or long as we want. Jack seems to like it and we try to teach about the animals.
We went to see the tigers and Jack said, "here kitty, kitty". It was so cute!

The Omenski Family is Back!!!

It has been far too long! I got Blogger on my iPhone and now I can blog more often! Yay!
Time for an update....
Doug accepted a job in Wichita with Cintas. We sold our house in December and bought are new home in March. We are all moved in and settled. It it so nice!
We are enjoying the new home and big backyard!
